Your project, our space

Open studio is for potters who are comfortable working without step-by-step instruction. Book a three-hour slot, claim a wheel or bench, and focus on your own pieces at your own pace.

A studio host is always on site for kiln questions and tool access, but this is not a taught session. If you are new to clay, we recommend starting with a workshop or course first.

  • Hand-building table and up to four wheels per session
  • Full tool library and glaze room access
  • Kiln firing: €8 per kg (bisque + glaze)

When open studio runs

Friday Afternoon

Our most popular open studio slot. Quiet atmosphere, natural light from the Nieuwstraat windows, and time to trim and glaze.

  • Max 4 wheel spaces · 6 bench places
  • Advance booking required

Tuesday Drop-in

A shorter session for quick projects — finishing trims, glazing bisque ware or small hand-built pieces.

  • Tuesday · 12:00 – 14:30
  • Max 3 wheel spaces · 4 bench places
  • Book at least 24 hours ahead

€16 per session

Monthly Membership

For regular open studio users. Includes four sessions per month, a dedicated storage shelf and priority booking.

  • Valid for Friday and Tuesday slots
  • 10% discount on kiln firing
  • Clay at studio rate: €15 / 10 kg

Good to know

Before you book

  • You must have completed at least one course or workshop with us, or demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Wear clothes you do not mind getting clay on — aprons provided
  • Tea and biscuits available; please keep drinks away from wheels
  • Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund
  • Pieces left uncollected after 60 days may be recycled
